For the first time ever, Osvalds Zvejsalnieks, one of Latvia's most outstanding artists, professor at the Art Academy of Latvia and the head teacher of the Art and Design secondary school in Rezekne, has brought his collection to the ancient Belarusian city of Polotsk. The exhibition will stay open until 9 February.

Osvalds Zvejsalnieks was born in Varaklani in 1944. He graduated from the Latvian Art Academy and since 1970 has been working as a teacher at the Art and Design secondary school in Rezekne.
