MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – There are no plans to evacuate Belarusian nationals from China with the help of a Ukrainian repatriation mission,” Spokesperson for the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry Yulia Borodun told BelTA.
“According to the Belarusian Embassy in China, there are no plans to evacuate Belarusian nationals by a Ukrainian aircraft,” Yulia Borodun said.
The aircraft that will take Ukrainian nationals and foreigners out of China left Boryspil International Airport on the night of 19 February. The aircraft is to return to Ukraine in the morning of 20 February.
The most recent tally of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus includes more than 74,100 people. The death toll has risen to 2,004. More than 14,300 people have already recovered.
