Kids from India come to Belarus for recreation

MINSK, 22 August (BelTA) – The first ever group of Indian kids are spending holidays at the Belarusian national children education and recuperation center Zubrenok, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in India.

On the invitation of Belarusian head of state Aleksandr Lukashenko, the children will stay in Belarus through 30 August. The program for the group of 13 kids includes health-improvement services in the center and also sightseeing tours.

As BelTA reported earlier, the Reserve Fund of the Belarus President has earmarked money to finance holidays of 72 children from Vietnam, Egypt, and India at the national children's education and recuperation center Zubrenok. Children will be offered recreation and recuperation services, excursions, cultural and sports events in Minsk and Belarusian regions. Inviting children from other countries to spend holidays in Belarus helps enhance bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian sector and education, popularize Belarusian history and culture among the youth of these countries.
