Helsinki: Neighbors are always welcome! Fully-finished apartments go on sale in Minsk World complex

Neighbors are always welcome in the Helsinki house in the Minsk World complex! There will be no reasons to fight with them! No one will be using drills at the wrong hour or transporting construction materials keeping the elevator busy for hours. No one will spill construction powders in the doorway! After all, all apartments in this house will be commissioned fully finished and plumbed!

Before telling what full-finished apartments look like, Dana Holdings' chief architect Petar Petrov stresses that the company is building family-friendly apartments - for the family's happy life together.

Our layouts are designed in the way to receive comfortably all guests - friends, relatives, acquaintances who will want to come and help with housewarming. Therefore, the buyer gets the maximum out of the space of the apartment. Every square centimeter is utilized to work for the comfort of owners. The largest room combines a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. This is a studio room, a place for big family events. Family will gather here," Petar Petrov said as he talked about modern layout principles.

Now the company is advancing to the next level and for the first time offers apartments which are ready to live. They have everything except furniture - no additional construction, remodeling works will be necessary.

The chief architect is ready to explain how the interior design is chosen.

"The standard European practice is to make apartments a neutral space. As a rule, most customers ask for a space in which they can express their own fantasies, ideas. Therefore, we use white textured paintable non-woven wallpaper. There is not even an accent wall - every owner will want to use their own color. Or you will not want to paint it at all - everything looks very cozy and beautiful on the white canvas of the wall," Petar Petrov said.

There will be laminated flooring with beveled edges (class 32 and higher) that will create a flawless wooden floorboard appearance. Specialists say that this type of flooring is sustainable and user-friendly. It will come in two colors – light and dark.

Petar Petrov is smiling:

An open space allows using an advanced and trendy cleaning device – a robotic vacuum cleaner.

The joints between the wall surface and the floor will be covered by a plastic baseboard. This solution is viewed as most practical.

“Apartments will have a white stretch ceiling with LED spotlights and flush light fittings, which will create an even more calming space. There will be two types of doors – trendy with a minimalistic design and classical with fixtures and panels. All materials are of premium quality. I would like to emphasize that our company also uses Belarus-made materials. We believe that it is important to support local manufacturers who produce high-quality products,” Petar Petrov says.

As far as bathrooms are concerned, customers will be able to choose from several colors and materials – light and minimalistic, darker balanced by wood and concrete and the most neutral option – classical style. The flooring will be made of ceramic granite, the walls will be finished with tiles. There will be all the necessary bathroom equipment and fixtures and even furniture, for example a sink cabinet.

“We believe that a bathroom should be the first to be equipped. When people move in, they can take care of furniture and decorations later, but a bathroom should be 100% ready,” the chief architect believes.

According to Petar Petrov, European expertise and knowledge suggest that if a developer wants to build a fully-finished house, all apartments in this house should be finished by the time of commissioning.

“You buy an apartment and enjoy peace and calm in your house, as none of your neighbors embarks on never-ending remodelings. In addition to that, the design of common facilities will remind that of a hotel. All corridors will be made from fire-resistant materials, the floor will be covered by wall-to-wall carpets and there will be bracket lamps on the walls. We will do our best to provide residents with the comfort of a good hotel and a feeling of complete peace, the chief architect says.

The company is convinced that fully-finished apartments will be in great demand.

“The pace of modern life is accelerating. Our clients are mostly busy people. Belarus is a country with a very low unemployment rate. We will deal with all the repairs. The client does not see this process, and moves into a fully-finished apartment. Experience shows that such an option is much more profitable, both in terms of time and financial resources spent. It is a European practice. When people are busy working, they want to move into a ready-made apartment and decorate it with personal small things. They don't want to be bothered with anything else,” says Petar Petrov.

Moving into your own apartment as soon as the house is commissioned is a great opportunity!
