“Today is a very important day for me. I am swearing allegiance to my people and my country. The profession of a rescuer requires courage and bravery. This kind of work suits me perfectly. With each passing day, I become more convinced of this,” young rescuer Viktor Vladyka said expressing his emotions.
The head of the Minsk City Emergencies Department, Vitaly Susha, congratulated the recruits on this solemn and important occasion. “Today is a special day for you. You have taken an oath to serve the country faithfully. You must remain true to your duty, your oath, and the Belarusian people until the very end. The Emergencies Ministry faces a number of serious challenges. I am confident that, through coordinated efforts, we will be able to accomplish any task set before us. Serve faithfully, help people, and continuously work to improve your professional skills,” Vitaly Susha advised.
