GRODNO, 13 December (BelTA) – Eleven Emergencies Ministry employees at a time are on duty in the temporary accommodation facility set up for refugees in the Bruzgi logistics center near the Belarusian-Polish border, head of the rescue unit of the Grodno Oblast Branch of the Emergencies Ministry Viktor Kesso said, BelTA has learned.
“The Emergencies Ministry staff keeps patrolling the logistics center. No emergencies have been reported so far. The refugees have understood the rules that must be followed: they do not use stoves or open fire. The fire alarm is in good condition. We also monitor the situation through the video surveillance system. At the moment there is no need to increase the number of staff on duty,” he said.
