Defense ministers of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan meet in Moscow

MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin met with Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic Baktybek Bekbolotov in Moscow, BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the military field and approved a 2023 cooperation plan between the Defense Ministry of Belarus and the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The defense ministers of Belarus and Kyrgyzstan pointed to significant potential in promoting bilateral cooperation, and also expressed interest in the further expansion of military contacts.
