
MINSK, 3 January (BelTA) – The bill on the Belarusian People's Congress is supposed to get the second reading in January, Chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Legislation of the House of Representatives Svetlana Lyubetskaya told BelTA.
"Currently the bill on the Belarusian People's Assembly is being prepared for the second reading. We have received some other proposals, including editorial ones, and are now working on them. We expect the bill to be submitted to the Oval Hall for the second reading in January," Svetlana Lyubetskaya said.
"Those conceptual proposals that were included at the stage of public discussion will receive some development in the final version of the bill," the MP added.
