MINSK, 20 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian heavy truck manufacturer BelAZ has set up a children's sports ground in the Ukrainian city of Melitopol, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Ukraine.
"In pursuance of the agreements reached during the visit of Belarusian Ambassador to Ukraine Igor Sokol to Melitopol in September 2020, BelAZ has set up a children's sports ground on the premises of Melitopol gymnasium No.1,” the Belarusian embassy said.
BelAZ-made simulators for children's sports ground were installed in January.
The Belarusian Embassy in Ukraine received a letter from the education department of the Melitopol City Council thanking the Belarusian side and BelAZ for their help in the development of the city infrastructure.
