MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) – Belarusian State Technological University (BSTU) will sign a cooperation agreement with Russia's Skolkovo Technopark and become its resident on 22 May, BelTA has learned from the BSTU press service.
The BSTU will be the first CIS university to be accredited to operate a center for collective use at Skolkovo Technopark. “In line with the agreement, the BSTU will make its research equipment available for the CIS scholars, under- and postgraduate students to launch startups. Operating a center for collective use in the technology park will enable the university to demonstrate its unique equipment and experienced researchers, establish new ties, and implement investment projects,” the press service said.
Belarusian State Technological University is a large multidisciplinary educational and research center of Belarus, which offers over 90 undergraduate degree programs and 37 graduate degree programs to train specialists for industry and social sector.
