MINSK, 12 August (BelTA) – Participants of the contest Tank Biathlon will depart from the airfield in Machulishchi and head to the Russian town of Alabino on 12 August. The crews will drive T-72B3 tanks during the contest, the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
This year the Belarusian army will participate in 22 contests of the International Army Games. Belarus is also expected to host three contests: Confident Reception, Sniper Frontier, and Polar Star.
The International Army Games will begin on 23 August.
