MINSK, 19 August (BelTA) – Representatives of the Belarusian army will carry out an inspection in Poland on 19-23 August in line with the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
According to the source, the Belarusian officers will carry out two inspections of Polish army units, which are subject to control in accordance with the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty.
The inspections are supposed to verify whether the number of weapons and military hardware on site, which is limited by the treaty, matches the information released by Poland.
