MINSK, 7 September (BelTA) – The 1868th Artillery Weapons Base, the 969th Reserve Tank Base, and the 3620th Artillery Weapons Base will be put on high alert as from 7 September as part of the ongoing campaign designed to test the readiness of Belarusian army units, representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
Reservists will be drafted and a combat shakedown of the units will be arranged as part of the combat readiness test.
The campaign will end with a command and staff exercise involving military command and control bodies, army units, and technical support organizations.
