Belarus-Ukraine business cooperation council to meet in Grodno on 8 October

MINSK, 18 August (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Ukrainian Business Cooperation Advisory Council is expected to hold a meeting in Grodno on 8 October, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The advisory council is set to discuss promising areas of cooperation in trade and economy, doing business issues. Participants will share opinions and hold talks on further mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas. Plans are in place to sign bilateral commercial contracts and agreements.

It is expected that taking part in the meeting will be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Ukraine Igor Sokol, Ukrainian Ambassador to Belarus Igor Kizim and also Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich and President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine Gennadiy Chyzhykov.

The event will take place as part of the 3rd Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine.
