Belarus to launch stamp to mark 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Pakistan

MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) – The Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry will issue a special stamp on 26 November to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Belarus-Pakistan diplomatic relations , BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian mail service Belpochta.

The project has been implemented in cooperation with the Belarusian Embassy in Pakistan.

The class H stamp is used for sending international written correspondence (letters, parcels, small packages) weighing under 20 grams. The circulation of the stamp will be 36,000 copies.

The stamp has been printed by the Belarusian Printing House.

On 26 November, Minsk post office No.1 (the Philately shop) will host the first-day-of-issue dedication ceremony for the stamp.

Belarus and Pakistan established diplomatic relations on 3 February 1994.
