Belarus to debut at Arabian Travel Market in Dubai

MINSK, 19 April (BelTA) – Belarus will debut at Arabian Travel Market, the largest tourism exhibition in the Middle East, which will be held in Dubai from 16 to 19 May, BelTA learned from the Belinterexpo exhibition enterprise at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).

In 2019, the exhibition drew 40,000 representatives of the tourism industry from 151 countries, including government delegations, tour operators and travel agents, airline, travel bloggers and organizations specializing in MICE tourism. The event is sponsored by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

This year's Arabian Travel Market will be the first hybrid edition. It will run on an online platform that will be available on 24-26 May which will enable exhibitors to meet and hold talks with other participants from all over the world.

Belarus' national exposition will showcase the country's travel opportunities, the richness and diversity of its natural resources, and its historical and cultural heritage. The exposition is seen as an effective means to present the capacities of Belarusian health resorts as well as opportunities for business, medical, sports, and other types of tourism.

Belarus' national exposition will be arranged by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) in association with the Sport and Tourism Ministry (the National Tourism Agency), the regional administrations and the Minsk City Hall. The operator of the exposition will be the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the BelCCI.
