Belarus' postal service to halt mail delivery to China, France from 25 March

MINSK, 24 March (BelTA) – Belarus' national postal service Belpochta will stop accepting mail items bound for China and France from 25 March, BelTA learned from the Belpochta website.

Belpochta explained that airlines that deliver mail to these countries changed their flight schedule. Due to this, postal services to China and France will be suspended from 25 March. However, Belpochta will still accept mail of the Express Mail Service (EMS) bound for these countries. The Belarusian postal service will also cease to accept all mail (letters, packages, and EMS mail) destined for Hong Kong.

In addition to previously resumed deliveries to a number of countries, Belpochta will also start accepting EMS mail bound for Japan.

Belpochta pointed out that delivery of EMS mail, letters and packages can be delayed.
