Belarus, Myanmar discuss prospects of advancing military cooperation

MINSK, 18 May (BelTA) – Head of the International Military Cooperation Department, Aide for International Military Cooperation to the Belarusian Defense Minister Valery Revenko met with Myanmar Deputy Defense Minister Aung Lin Tun, the Defense Ministry told BelTA.

The meeting took place during the 11th international arms and defense technology expo MILEX. The sides discussed the current state, potential, and prospects of advancement of bilateral military cooperation.

Apart from that, representatives of the defense ministries of Belarus and Myanmar exchanged opinions about topical items on the international agenda.
