MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – The Justice Ministry of Belarus and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have signed a cooperation plan for 2019, BelTA has learned.
UNICEF representative to Belarus Rashed Mustafa Sarwar noted that the plan provides for promotion of mediation as an efficient instrument of conflict resolution.
Minsk is hosting the conference “Implementation of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction” on 17 May.
