MINSK, 15 February (BelTA) – On 14 February 2019 the Council of Ministers passed Resolution No.96 approving measures to implement the law “On the national budget for 2019”, BelTA learned from the website of the government.
The document spells out financing of some budget expenditures in 2019 and establishes the list of legal acts and decisions that should be drafted and approved this year in order to implement the law.
In particular, the government shall compile the list of investment projects financed through external borrowing where legal entities will be compensated part of the interest rate.
Regional authorities and the Minsk City Council by agreement with the Energy Ministry shall compile lists of engineering infrastructure facilities of residential housing which are financed by the budget if the amount of financing exceeds Br106 million.
