NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Cuba Valery Baranovsky took part in the talks between the delegation of Belarusian State University headed by Rector Andrei Korol and Director General of Undergraduate Studies at the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba Reynaldo Velázquez Zaldívar, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Havana.
The parties explored promising areas of bilateral cooperation and expressed mutual interest in the further development of inter-university contacts.
Belarusian State University has an extensive network of international partnerships. As far as Latin America is concerned, it cooperates with the University of Camagüey and the University of Havana in Cuba, the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, Bolivian Private University, Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University in Venezuela.
