MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 501 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 375 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 406,861 cases. A total of 399,549 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.
As many as 2,995 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.
All in all, Belarus performed 6,555,214 tests, including 10,414 tests in the past 24 hours.
More than 720,000 Belarusians have already received the first dose of the vaccine and over 400,800 have already got both shots.
