MINSK, 19 November (BelTA) - Belarus and Azerbaijan plan to launch joint production of anticancer drugs in 2019, Belarus Vice Prime Minister Mikhail Rusy told the media, BelTA has learned.
“A memorandum was signed with Belarusian company Nativita to produce anticancer drugs. This is a very good project. We are planning to launch joint production with colleagues from Azerbaijan next year,” Mikhail Rusy said.
It is not only an economic project. It will also have a social impact, Mikhail Rusy said during the meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation on 18 November.
