Belarus admits over 4,400 Ukrainian citizens since 1 January 2023

MINSK, 27 January (BelTA) – More than 4,400 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since 1 January 2023, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

According to the committee, 3,263 citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus via Poland, 856 - via Lithuania and 289 - via Latvia.

Since 24 February 2022, Belarus admitted 79,112 citizens of Ukraine. 15,890 people arrived in Belarus directly from the territory of Ukraine. 49,768 citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus via Poland, 11,006 - via Lithuania and 2,448 - via Latvia.
