Belarus admits almost 69,600 Ukrainian citizens since February

MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – Over 69,600 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since February, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

“From 24 February to 9 December, Belarus admitted 69,617 citizens of Ukraine. 15,890 people arrived in Belarus directly from the territory of Ukraine. 42 795citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus via Poland, 9,130 – via Lithuania and 1,802 - via Latvia,” the committee informed.

Over the past week, Belarus admitted around 1,000 citizens of Ukraine. All of them came via the EU countries.
