
Ambassador Güçlü Cem Işık
MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) - Türkiye is committed to developing relations with Belarus in all areas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Belarus Güçlü Cem Işık said during a meeting with Chairman of the House of Representatives Igor Sergeyenko in Minsk on 17 May, BelTA has learned.
"Belarus and Türkiye are friendly states,” the ambassador said. “The heads of state have very good relations. The presidents expect the improvement of bilateral relations in all areas. My task as an ambassador is to bring the relations between our countries to a new level, to intensify visits, including of friendship groups."
“We are really committed and really want to develop relations between our countries in all areas, including in parliamentary dimension,” Ambassador Güçlü Cem Işık said. “Belarus is located in a strategically important place. The importance of this is growing even more. We are well aware about this.”
