MINSK, 27 July (BelTA) – Head of the Belarus President Administration Igor Sergeyenko met with the outgoing Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Belarus Latif Gandilov, representatives of the Belarus President Administration told BelTA.
Igor Sergeyenko thanked Latif Gandilov for fruitful interaction and for a considerable personal contribution to stronger Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation.
The sides discussed the current state and prospects of advancement of bilateral relations during the meeting. Close attention was paid to reviewing progress in fulfilling the agreements reached by the two heads of state during the Belarus president's visit to Azerbaijan in April 2021.
Igor Sergeyenko wished Latif Gandilov success in his new position. Igor Sergeyenko expressed hope the diplomat will keep interest in Belarusian affairs in the future.
