MINSK, 14 June (BelTA) – The usage of airspace in certain locations in Belarus will be restricted during the 2nd European Games Minsk 2019. The restricted zones have been added to the public cadastral map, BelTA learned from representatives of the State Property Committee of Belarus.

The information is available at map.nca.by. The map layer was created by the Defense Ministry in order to implement Belarus president decree No.191 on security measures during the 2nd European Games.

The restrictions will come into effect at 9:00 on 17 June and will stay in place till 9:00 on 4 July. The restrictions will apply to aircraft (including unmanned aerial vehicles) and model aircraft.

Belarus' public cadastral map offers precise digital tools to display data from various registries, the state land inventory, and any other data that can be added to the map upon the copyright holder's approval.
