A student of Belarusian National Technical University was diagnosed with coronavirus, which is Belarus' first case of the infection so far, Belarusian Healthcare Minister Vladimir Karanik told reporters on 28 February.
“The university where the coronavirus patient studies will switch to the individual learning program. This university is Belarusian National Technical University,” the minister said.
