Belarus' losses from lower Russian export duty on oil estimated at $420-430m

Belarus' losses from Russia's decision to reduce the export duty on oil are estimated at $420-430 million. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement as he met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko on 21 February.
