Egypt to open embassy in Minsk

Egypt has plans to open an embassy in Minsk. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko welcomed this decision as he spoke to reporters following his talks with Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on 19 February.
