The Christmas Tree-Our Children nationwide charity campaign took place in Minsk. The event began in the Holy Spirit Cathedral. The project brought together over 1,500 children and teenagers living in the areas of Belarus and Russia that were affected by the Chernobyl disaster, as well as children undergoing rehabilitation in Belarus. Taking part in the event were delegations of 25 districts of Belarus and 2 districts of Bryansk Oblast of Russia, as well as finalists of the international social and art program Into the Future with Hope.
