Belarus president explains reasons behind personnel changes in the Minsk Oblast administration

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with senior officials of the Minsk Oblast administration on 4 December. Among other things he explained what reasons had prompted recent personnel changes in the regional administration.
