Lukashenko talks about possible amendments to the Constitution of Belarus

Possible amendments to the Constitution have been submitted to Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko. The head of state mentioned it while talking to reporters after casting his vote during elections to the lower chamber of the Belarusian parliament on 17 November.
