Belarus president invites the USA to help resolve the conflict in Ukraine

The United States of America could contribute to the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the relevant statement as he met with United States Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale in Minsk on 17 September.
