Russian security chief talks to reporters about international security after meeting with the Belarus president

Changes in international and regional security, new challenges and threats were discussed during the meeting, Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev told reporters after meeting with Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk on 10 September.
