Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Office Vladimir Voronkov on 4 September. The Belarusian leader thanked Vladimir Voronkov for the excellent organization of the counter-terrorism conference in Minsk that had already made headlines and had received positive feedback at the international level.
