Belarus president comments on negotiations with Russia on compensations for polluted oil

The management of Belarusian oil refineries should deal with matters of compensations for losses caused by supplies of poor-quality Russian oil to Belarus in a purely businesslike manner. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko gave the relevant instructions as he visited the oil refinery OAO Naftan.
