Lukashenko: Good neighborliness at the heart of Belarus' border policy

Belarus' border policy is aimed at strengthening the belt of good neighborliness rather than confrontation with the neighboring states, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he approved the decision about the protection of the state border by the border service in 2019.
