Belarus president urges municipal government agencies to improve living standards of citizens

Improving living standards of citizens is the top-priority task of the municipal government agencies. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko emphasized the fact as he authorized the appointment of a number of heads of municipal executive and administrative bodies on 15 January.
