Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko meet in Mogilev prior to the interregional forum

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin had a meeting prior to the plenary session of the fifth Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
