President of Russia Vladimir Putin has arrived in Mogilev to participate in the fifth Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The aircraft with the Russian head of state on board landed in the international airport of the Mogilev Oblast capital. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko welcomed his Russian counterpart upon arrival.
