Putin arrives in Minsk to participate in a Supreme State Council session

President of Russia Vladimir Putin has arrived in Minsk in order to participate in a session of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. The aircraft with the Russian head of state on board landed at the Minsk National Airport.
