Belarus president arrives in Moscow to attend the 2018 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Moscow where, upon the invitation of President of Russia Vladimir Putin, he will attend the world cup's opening ceremony and watch the first game in the Luzhniki Stadium.
