Alexander Lukashenko gives instructions to improve Belarus' relations with Scandinavian countries

The level of Belarus' relations with Scandinavian countries is unjustifiably low. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the relevant statement as he appointed heads of diplomatic missions on 22 May.
