Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko intends to visit the country's areas, which were affected by the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The head of state made the relevant statement on 26 April as he heard out reports on the observance of fire safety regulations and the proper storage and maintenance of agricultural machines.
