Belarus is ready to participate in infrastructure projects in Yaroslavl Oblast

Belarus can participate in infrastructure projects and government programs in Yaroslavl Oblast. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement as he met with Governor of Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast Dmitry Mironov on 12 April.
