Today Belarus has decided to cancel entertainment shows on television and lower state flags to half-mast as a token of sorrow and solidarity with Russia where a nationwide day of mourning was declared on 28 March in the wake of the deadly fire in a shopping mall in Kemerovo. It is recommended not to hold entertainment events in Belarus today, including in public places.
