Belarus president meets with India's outgoing ambassador

Belarus intends to implement all the top-level agreements with India. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement as he met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus Pankaj Saxena on 13 March.
