Belarus sends humanitarian aid convoy to Ukraine

Following the decision of the head of state, Belarus has sent humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. The humanitarian aid convoy for flood-hit western Ukraine headed off from Minsk to Lvov this morning. Five regions in Ukraine were hit by the floods caused by rains on 23-25 June. The worst hit is Ivano-Frankovsk Oblast. A total of 165 settlements have been affected in Ukraine, three people were killed, 110km of roads were completely destroyed, 19 bridges were ruined. Some buildings have been damaged in the affected settlements. There is no gas supply and power outages.
